Core Elements
The eight core elements are the principles behind SGNL’s practice. Rooted in strong philosophical foundations and execution, these high-level strategies are easiest to understand through comparisons to nature.
To bring them to life, I used sacred natural objects as a visual guide, with each one representing a similar principle found in nature. While each element stands on its own, together they form an integrated system with real-world impact.

SGNL wanted each core element to have its own subpage to show what working with them is like, so we used the sacred objects to generate the visual themes and metaphors behind each page.
A piece of driftwood becomes a living tree. Authoritative, standing tall amongst others, yet deeply connected to to a supportive network of other trees — an apt metaphor for Leadership.
As clouds clear away, a rainbow shows the transformational nature of a storm — a powerful image for Crisis Management.
Pollinators of every kind working toward a common goal share the fruit of their work — the very vision of an effective Employee Brand culture.
